Mammi meals are quick and easy to prepare — simply reheat, no additional cooking required. The recommended method is using a microwave, as the special MicVac® vent will whistle when the meal is ready.
There are three ways to reheat Mammi ready meals:
• Microwave (recommended): 3–5 minutes, until the vent whistles.
• Pan or pot: Transfer the contents from the plastic container to a pan or pot and heat over medium heat for 2–3 minutes.
•Boiling water: Place the sealed plastic container in boiling water and heat for about 15 minutes.

No. Mammi meals do not contain flavor enhancers - their natural taste and aroma are preserved thanks to MicVac® technology.
Mammi meals have an extended shelf life thanks to pasteurization and vacuum packaging. The exact use-by date is indicated on the packaging. We recommend storing them in the refrigerator at a temperature between 0°C and 8°C.
Freezing is not necessary, but it is possible. However, we recommend enjoying the meal fresh, as freezing may affect its texture and quality.
